![]() To add insult to injury, I was rudely questioned by the valet upon check out as to why we had so much luggage - sorry for the inconvenience! We will not return. When I was 19, this might have been ok, but we need our sleep, and this seemed beyond ridiculous for a hotel to have rooms where your bed vibrates with loud bass from the hotel bar until all hours of the night. Once we were placed in a room, we were kept awake until well after 1:00 am with our room vibrating from the club somewhere below us in the hotel. The first room that we were placed in smelled so terribly of sewage that we could not sleep there. We were offered a discount on our room to make up for the inconvenience, but at check-out, there was no discount that I could see on our bill, and when I questioned it, I was shrugged off by the clerk at the desk. Cons: 5th floor staff was mixed manager (we assume that was her position) was unwelcoming to families with children (even though we are huge tippers), but the bartenders were great. Pros: awesome pool and the front office staff was very polite.
